Athlon 64 +5600 or +6000?

I plan on passing on my AMD +4200 to my brother and on upgrading my processor because the prices are dirt cheap. Right now the 2.8 gig +5600 is going for $150 all over the internet. The 3 gig +6000 is going for $169. It would seem like a better deal to just go all the way and grab the +6000 however, the +5600 only pulls 89 watts while the +6000 pulls 125, meaning more heat. Should I just grab the +5600 hundred and overclock it, knowing that it will be noticably cooler right off the bat? I figure I'll win either way, but I still want to make the best decision. Thanks in advance.Athlon 64 +5600 or +6000?
I'm a lesser wattage type of guy, go for the 5600+ :)It shouldn't be terribly difficult to OC it to 6000+ speed.Athlon 64 +5600 or +6000?
X2 5600 and OC it.
I always recommend OCing.
