Wireless Broadband????

Hi, i need some help.To start off, i have one computer hooked up to a dial-up broadband connection through a speedtouch modem(not too sure bout this). I will soon be recieving two new computers, making a total of 3 computers in my house. My internet connection is at 2.2mbps, and me thinks that this will not be asatifactoryspeed when it comes to playing some of the newer games onlineMy questions are;1) Is there any way to speed up my broadband connection?2) If i connect to the broadband service wirelessly( not using a wireless router attached to the phone-line) will there be a speed increase?and 3) Could someone please explain the whole business to me because i just don't have a clue what to do?Thanks alot for any help you may be able to give.
