Where can i find OEM processors?

I want to buy an Opteron 175 but I dont want the heatsink since I want to buy this http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=371395. I know if I found the processor OEM (withouth the heatsink or whatever), I'd get 50 bucks cheaper. So anyone know where?Where can i find OEM processors?
$50 cheaper just because its OEM? Hell I'd like to know that too, but my spider senses are telling me that that's most likely an open box OEM processor if it's $50 cheaper than retail.Edit: I just realized the heatsink you're looking at is for Intel. :question:Where can i find OEM processors?

Open box means that it's returned by customers. Again want to mention the heatsink you linked is apparently for Intel.
I'm pretty sure that NewEgg sells some OEM processors. I don' t know if they have the one you posted, but they do have others.

couldn't find it anywhere oem but just get it here http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80108-R because that's the cheapest place i could find it. plus you can just sell the heatsink on ebay or somethin' and get some money for it. no one is forcing you to use the retail heatsink.
