looking for a good laptop

any websites that you guys know with good laptops to buy?not so expensive and i will be using it for gaming and watching movies mostly.dell is selling one for $599 with 15.4inch widescreen, intel core2 T5470, 1gb ddr sdram, 120gb hdd, 128mb geforce 8400m GS. it sound better than the current laptop i have ibm 17inch screen, 2.4ghz p4,512mb ddr ram, 40gb hdd, 16mb interal memory :(. looking for a good laptop
Dell's laptops are pretty good. I have one that I use for gaming, the e1705 which has a geforce 7900gs and is a high end gaming machine. I've liked it quite a bit.

[/QUOTE]if u do buy that lappy and hope to even run far cry on it u better upgrade to te 8600m Gt with 256m vram, it can run crysis on low-medium while still looking good and 8400m can barely run far cry because of its design, that gpu is more or less for movie making, photo editing and the odd old game here and there.
