trying to find a graphics card

I'm trying to upgrade my PC, but I'm a noob. thanks, it seemed a bit weird. can anyone suggest a good card that's less than $200?

$100, good bang for buck. NOT A HIGH END CARD!!!! If you dont got a lot of money though I would recommend it.

$260, I would recommend this. You would probable need a new power supply though.
