Am I ok witha 350W?

So, I getting an x1950 Pro card ,but I have 350W, do you thinkits fine, with that? Will it overheat, Cause I only have enoguh for the graphic card but not enough for a 600W supply.Am I ok witha 350W?
it dpends find out your specs for the powersupply like check the AMPS(they will appear as A) under the 12v+ so when you look at your powersupply for example it will look like this 12v+ 20AAm I ok witha 350W?
It depends on what other components you have installed and what 350Watt PSU you're talkin' about. If it's a generic PSU, 350Watts seems a little low to me. If you run low on voltage for your vid card it won't overheat...it might die maybe (along with other hardware), but not overheat. Another problem you could run into with a power starved card is random game crashes. Before investing in a vid card, check out this PSU calculator. Input the kinds of hardware you have and it will give you a general idea of the amount of wattage your PSU will have to produce.

I am going to go with a no, I used to have a old generic power supply (350 watt pre built from an ACER) and I asked if it would run a 7600 GT. Every one said ya of course, but it didn't really. My computer was extremely hot in the back were the power supply is located and my video card was over 70 celsius. I then purchased a good 500 watt power supply, and my computer cooled way down (video card went to under 60). So unless you want to risk it get a better PSU.
