Ibuypower.com and Cyberpowerinc.com?

Has anyone here ever purchased a system from either of these websites? I'm looking for a new system in the $500 range and these are the only places so far that I've seen that allow you to more or less choose every component and don't have integrated graphics and sound, etc. like all theother big companies (Dell, HP, etc) My only concern is in regards to service after the purchase, what if I have to return it, etc....Ibuypower.com and Cyberpowerinc.com?
www.NewEgg.com Build it yer self its atleast 500$ cheaper if not moreIbuypower.com and Cyberpowerinc.com?
avoid them like the plague. build it yourself or buy it from dell

Fixd
I know my way around a computer enough to change a video card or add RAM, but building one from scratch isn't for me. I tried once (granted it was with used parts from a few different PCs) and it was just a mess. I'd prefer to purchase something already assembled with a warranty, but I want more freedom of choice in regards to the components (which you don't get from the major brands).

I've bought four systems from cyberpower but after my last one I'll never buy another and I recommend that nobody else ever buy a system from them. They literally destroyed my heatsink in the assembly process by putting in an extra case fan directly over the heatsink on the side panel. When the idiot who put it together noticed that it didn't fit, he forced it. It bent the entire frame of my computer and ripped the heatsink right off my CPU and damaged the heatsink beyond repair.Besides that though I haven't had any problems with anything I've bought from them. That's such a huge screw up though that I don't think they deserve anyone's money to build a computer. It was actually cheaper to go through CP than build it myself though which is why I always go with them. Gotta love the free games they give you...
