The next upgrade should be a new CPU because Celeron sucks on gaming

If that's DDR2, sell the CPU/mobo and get a Core 2 Duo after the price drops with a new mobo.
Well I don't see why I would buy a whole new computer,I think I might just go with a new mobo and that processor. That's really the only outdated thing on the computer right?
Yup, later you can take it to 2GB.

Most mobo's are backwards compatible right?
I'm pretty sure it's DDR2, download CPU-Z to make sure. Even if it isn't, there are DDR mobos that support Conroe.
Ok, Guess I'm going with newmobo and processor, I'll make sure to do my research and get it right i don't like wasting money, thanks for all the help all.
How much money do you have?

Sweet, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116036 The better CPUs might drop on the 22nd. Then just get a cheap mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131162
