Compaq laptop replacement parts

I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I have a laptop that's a couple years old and needs a facelift. The DVD-ROM drive door has fallen off, and the RAM cover at the bottom of the laptop is missing. Does anyone know where I can find these parts? Surely SOMEWHERE has to sell them, I mean.. I doubt i'm the only person who has had stuff like this come up missing.It's a compaq presario R4000 notebook with a AMD Sempron 2800+ processor, upgraded to 1GB of RAM, Upgraded 120GB HDD, but still has it's original DVD-ROM drive (felt no need to upgrade seeing as how I have 4 other DVD burners in the house).

It's done me well for 3 years now. I hope I can get a few more out of it with some replacement parts.

im sorry but theres really nothing you can do about it, laptop parts so rare unless its RAM or new HDD. thats why i hate laptops because your really stuck with it no matter what you cant upgrade GPU or cPU...
