how do you defrag your comp?

how do you defrag your computer and how often should you do it?how do you defrag your comp?
I do it every week or so to keep it in good shape. I use TuneXP, but the Windows built-in defragger is ok.how do you defrag your comp?
every fewmonths, but if i feel its running a bit slow then i defrag with the windows one.

What version of Windows do you have? In XP, you go ''All Programs''>Accessories> System Tools>Disc Defragmenter.

Every time I updare drivers or install a new game. I use diskkeeper.
Complete waste of time IMHO. I built my machine about two years ago it has a 320Gb Hdd I have the same windows installation no slow downs what so ever!

Defrag and then say that ;)
That's waste time. I can defrag only a few minute with symantec ghost.
I use System mechanic, he does the job for me every day with active care
Diskeeper is currently the best defragger out there, gets the job done much faster and better than the Windows one.
