choose an ocz ram, they have lifetime guarantee, and they perform very well.... For mb choose either GB or asus, but since your are not going to clock motherboard doesnt matter as long as u make sure it goes with the ram and the cpu.. What u need to be sure is that none of the additons you buy to the motherboard is overkill, a lot of ppl buy nice equipemtn but got a MB thats badP 35 is a good motherboard btw
