Is my computer messed up or is this supposed to happen

Hey so I was looking at the videos in youtube and i went to most recent videos, but even on the first page it said the most recent upload was 30+ minutes ago. Even when I refresh that happens. Is my computer slow or something, does that happen to everyone at utube, or is there a better place to ask this question? thanksIs my computer messed up or is this supposed to happen
