ThanksShould I get this Zalmen PSU?
I just did the eXtreme PSU calculator test and it said I need a recommended watteage of 647W. When I overclock my CPU right now it gets BSOD's even though my CPU temps are fine. DO you think I should go for a 700W PSU. WHat kind? Needs to be silent.Should I get this Zalmen PSU?
I will go with this if I were you: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153034
That has loads of cables. Do you think that Zalman would run all my components and be able to handle it if my CPU was overclocked?
Zalman? What OEM makes their PSUs?Also, what are your specs?
I really don't trust Zalman PSUs to much, I will go with Seasonic or Thermaltake Toughpower if I were you

Change the motherboard to a P35 chipset motherboard.2. Wait for the July 22nd price cuts.3. Why so many disc drives?4. The PSU sucks. A good quality 500w PSU from the likes of FSP, Seasonic, Corsair (made by Seasonic) or Enermax should do the job well.5. Get 2GB (2 x 1GB) of DDR2, not DDR1. -_-6. Vista sucks as a whole, but I would save some serious cash and go for Home Premium.

Vista doesnt suck and with a DX10 card why the HELL wouldnt you buy Vista?! Cause some troll says otherwise?
Vista will worth buying only after SP1
Vista will worth buying only after SP1
Funny if you are, because I've some major AMD fanboy bs come from you on these forums.Vista does suck, it's a resource hog, is more unstable than radioactive plutonium, has major bloatware (e.g. DRM bs) and has major incompatability issues (for example, I couldn't even use WEP encyption with my router anymore). Oh did I mention that it also saps 10-15% of the performance of games compared to XP?Also, what's the incentive of DX10 now? What DX10 games are there at the moment? ... ...well?
Add to the fact that since MS supposedly got rid of memory virualisation from DX10 (something that XP couldn't manage, and something that G80 struggled with), there's now a high possibility that DX10 could come to XP. But, knowing MS and how they like to back shaft consumers, they probably won't port DX10 to XP.
