Wide Screen vs Regular Size

I decided to buy a new computer. Now I need to decide what screen should I buy.I rather have a wide screen, but I'm not sure if all the games support it, and espically I'm worried about videos I want to watch on the monitor which are not suitable to wide screen.I will go with a 19'' screen, either one that is Wide or a regular size.So what is your opinon on the subject?Wide Screen vs Regular Size

now a days you can get a wide screen 22 inch for nothing. So if I was you I would just get one of them.

Wide, no contest, I could never go back to fullscreen after having a widescreen,
widescreen all the way, most games are now supporting widescreen (games for windows all support it) and you can change aspect ratio on most videos.
Wide Screen sounds real awesome, but I have one thing I'm afraid of. I like watching vids on my computer, and I'm afraid that if I'll get a WS it will make it look stretchy, am I wrong?

I think the movie thing depends on whether your movies are in widescreen or not. I have noticed that movies in 4:3 throw me off on a widescreen monitor. But obviously if your movies are in widescreen its not really a big deal. I went widescreen with my desktop at christmas and loved it. When I had to pick up a new computer for school (going into my first year of information security sciences) I ended up picking a widescreen laptop. As far as I am concerned buying a 4:3 ratio monitor might be a regretable(sp? its summer.....I am having trouble spelling) later.

wide for sure....got my 20.5 inch Sceptre for 180 after rebate....most old games you can tweak for widescreen as well, and if not, well....its not so bad, Fallout 2 is still fun even if its stretched!
